Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. 8m88 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback terms.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the 8m88 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 8m88 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, the bets concerned may be held under review.
• Some bets may be rejected in live betting due to delays (latency).

6.2 Special Cricket Betting Rules

The following special rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international cricket matches:

• If a match is abandoned, all bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.
• Results determined through a Super Over will be treated as the match result.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Slots, fishing games, table games, and other casino games have their own rules set by the game provider. 8m88 follows the game provider's rules and does not have the right to change them.
