Safe Betting Commitment

8m88's responsible gaming is our top priority

Play for fun, not out of habit. 8m88 helps you enjoy gaming safely and mindfully — through deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 Bengali support.

Why is responsible gaming so important?

Online betting and casino gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but only when enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. 8m88 believes every player should know their limits and play within them.

Responsible gaming is not just about being careful when placing bets — it means keeping full control over your time, money, and mental wellbeing. We want you to enjoy gaming as a fun experience, free from stress or worry.

On the 8m88 platform we provide a number of effective tools and features that help you make informed decisions and maintain healthy gaming habits. These features are described in detail below.

Remember: Gambling is only for those aged 21 or above. Never use betting as a way to solve financial problems.

Safe Gaming Commitment

8m88 always places your wellbeing and safety above the gaming experience.

Our responsible gaming tools

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies if you wish to increase it.

Time-Out Break

Need a little break? Use the time-out feature for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be temporarily closed and no bets can be placed.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose long-term self-exclusion. Your account can be fully suspended for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years. This decision cannot be reversed.

Session Time Limit

Decide in advance how long you will play in each gaming session. When the set time is up, the system will automatically remind you to take a break.

Loss Limit

Set your own threshold for how much you are comfortable losing daily or weekly. Once that limit is reached, the platform will alert you and stop gaming if needed.

Reality Check Reminder

A message will appear at set intervals — for example, "You have been playing for 30 minutes." This reminder keeps you aware and encourages you to take a break when needed.

21+ Age Restriction: A Non-Negotiable Requirement

The 8m88 platform is only for those aged 21 or above. Age is verified at the time of account registration and minors are strictly prohibited from registering.

If a minor you know attempts to use this platform, please inform our support team. We will take immediate action.

Check your gaming habits

If the answer to any of the questions below is "yes", you may need help. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Are you betting more money than you can afford?
Are you placing more bets to chase your losses?
Are you hiding your betting from family or friends?
Are you neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gambling?
Do you feel anxious or irritable when you cannot bet?
Are you betting with borrowed money or by drawing on your savings?
Have you tried to stop but failed repeatedly?

The golden rules of healthy gaming

Following these simple rules will keep gaming enjoyable at all times:

Set a budget: Decide in advance how much you will spend each week or month and stick to it.

Set a time limit: Decide how long you will play before you start; use a timer.

Play for fun: See betting as entertainment, not as a source of income.

Take regular breaks: Do not play non-stop; get up and walk around, drink some water, spend time with loved ones.

Do not play under the influence or when feeling low: Betting while depressed or intoxicated increases the risk of poor decisions.
